Financing range: $10m minimum to maximum $500m only.

Loan duration. 2 years minimum to 10 years maximum.

Grace period: 12 month only.(Deferred interest payment period)

Interest payment: Annually.

Fund Disbursement method: Bank wire transfer.

Collateral: Shares or asset pledge.
